Launching a market: Ticketmaster Resale
Seat maps, virtual views, fan-to-fan listing: a net-new product category built and launched under direct CTO oversight, then hardened through successive enhancement waves.
I don't sell AI transformation frameworks. I run one, inside a real enterprise, under adversarial audit. For 25-plus years I have turned delivery organizations into value engines: revenue-unlocking platforms, loyalty economics, enterprise agile transformation, and now AI-native delivery with Claude at the core.
Every entry closes with the same line: what value actually landed. Expand any record.
Led testing for the Walmart Photocenter platform: one of retail's earliest large-scale web-to-print services, letting millions of customers order digital photos online for physical fulfillment years before "omnichannel" had a name. Owned quality across the entire chain, from the web ordering experience through physical lab production, ensuring what came out of the lab matched what the customer ordered on screen.
Managed a Medicare program in one of the most regulation-dense environments in American business, keeping the delivery team continuously aligned with nationwide CMS and state-level policy updates while holding schedule, scope, and stakeholder trust. First exposure to what became a career pattern: delivering inside regulated healthcare, later extended at Cigna.
More than a decade across the enterprise consulting spectrum, from delivery lead to principal, serving Fortune-scale clients in entertainment, hospitality, energy, equipment services, and healthcare. Both sides of the table: I've sold the work, scoped the work, staffed the work, and been personally accountable for the P&L of the work landing. The three engagements below are drawn from this era.
Led the consulting team that launched Ticketmaster's resale platform, a ground-up build of capabilities that didn't exist anywhere in the company: interactive seat mapping, virtual seat views, and fan-to-fan listing. Delivered under direct CTO visibility, then drove refinement and enhancement cycles post-launch through 2012 and beyond.
Drove a large-scale redesign of the Choice Privileges promotional engine, introducing faster point-earning structures and mid-week stay incentives to shift booking behavior where hotels needed it most. Worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Choice Hotels EMEA chief executive David Beers to align program mechanics with revenue strategy across markets.
Led back-to-back modernization efforts for a major Arizona client: full SharePoint platform overhauls, followed by the launch of a custom application built with Xamarin that put integrated workflows directly in customers' hands instead of behind internal process walls.
Stood up the Agile Center of Excellence for one of the largest health services companies in the world, building the training curriculum, coaching practice, and governance patterns that made Agile and SAFe stick beyond the workshop room. Best practice wasn't a binder; it was enforced in how teams actually ran. Retained directly by the client after the consulting engagement ended, converting a 12-year consulting relationship into a multi-year direct role.
Pioneered enterprise Claude adoption with CIO-level sponsorship: authored the security risk analysis, licensing strategy, and rollout plan end to end. Shipped a production AI delivery intelligence platform (Claude + Atlassian MCP + live Jira, Confluence, and Slack data) that replaced roughly 4 hours of manual sprint reporting per cycle with on-demand executive artifacts. Corrected velocity reporting that had been understated by up to 60%, restoring leadership trust in program metrics. Now leading an approved pilot where Claude and Claude Code run dev, QE, and product management on a live reporting migration, backed by a hard-savings cost model and sponsor-commissioned adversarial spot checks.
Four engagements, four different problems, one pattern: executive-level partnership, hands-on delivery, measurable outcome.
Seat maps, virtual views, fan-to-fan listing: a net-new product category built and launched under direct CTO oversight, then hardened through successive enhancement waves.
Promotional mechanics redesigned around how travelers actually book: faster point structures and mid-week incentives, shaped in partnership with EMEA's chief executive.
A Center of Excellence built to survive its founders: training, coaching, and governance patterns that turned Agile/SAFe from initiative into operating system.
An approved enterprise pilot where Claude runs dev, QE, and product management on a live reporting migration, with a hard-savings business case and adversarial audit built into the design.
Every engagement above maps to at least one of these. Most map to several.
Net-new platforms and product lines that open revenue streams which didn't exist before, like Ticketmaster's multimillion-dollar resale business.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt lens on delivery economics: contract spend redeployed, manual handoffs eliminated, rework driven out of the system.
Better workflow by design. Agile and SAFe practices that shorten cycle time and get value into production sooner, now amplified with AI agents in the loop.
Centers of Excellence, playbooks, and trained teams that keep compounding value long after the engagement ends. The work outlives me. That's the point.
Most AI transformation advice is written from the outside. This one is being run from the inside: in production, under audit, with my name on it.
Anthropic's architect certification, applied daily: agent design, context engineering, skills architecture, and governance patterns for enterprise Claude deployment.
Leading an approved pilot on a live Power BI migration where Claude & Claude Code handle development, QE, and backlog management, measured against a committed roadmap date and a hard-dollar savings model that redeploys contract spend.
Designed, built, and deployed six production web applications using a structured AI-first methodology on Claude API, React, Cloudflare, and GitHub Actions. Native fluency in Claude Code, MCP server design, and agentic workflows.
Built Atlassian Rovo agents that guard backlog health and advise story sizing during refinement, plus an AI-powered delivery intelligence hub that turns ceremony data into decisions in real time. Less ceremony overhead, faster signal to action.
Four domains, 23 active credentials earned across 25 years of practice. Linked cards verify directly on Credly.
The résumé has the summary. I have the receipts. If you're building something where delivery discipline and frontier AI need to coexist, let's talk.
